A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA,
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO ALICE LOUISE ALLEN FOR HER
SERVICE ON THE OAK FOREST WALL AND BEAUTIFICATION DISTRICT
ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, ALICE LOUISE ALLEN has performed an outstanding service to
the public by representing the City of Winter Springs on the Oak Forest Wall and
Beautification District Advisory Committ~e since JuJy~4, 2000; and
WHEREi\S, th~...~or~ efforts .ofALICE ~OUISE ALLEN has greatly
benefited her neighbors and. the residents of Winter Springs; and
