REQUEST:
The City Clerk respectfully requests that Commissioner Joanne M. Krebs make an
Appointment to the Planning and Zoning Board/Local Planning Agency to fill a
current Vacancy.
PURPOSE:
This Appointment is needed to replace a current vacancy on the Planning and
Zoning Board/Local Planning Agency.
CONSIDERATIONS:
Commissioner Joanne M. Krebs is being requested to make an Appointment to the
Planning and Zoning Board/Local Planning Agency to replace Board Member
Ned Voska who recently resigned.
This Committee typically meets on the first Wednesday of each month, beginning
at 7:00 p.m.
The Term of Service for Planning and Zoning Board/Local Planning Agency
Members is typically three (3) years, and the individual appointed to this Term of
Office will serve through July 2009.
If this Appointment is not made at this Meeting, this matter will be placed on
subsequent Agendas until the vacancy has been filled, or as otherwise suggested
by Commissioner Joanne M. Krebs.

Mr. Voska called' me this morning that he will be coming in with his letter of resignation immediately. His wife is ill
and he needs to spend his time at home. He indicated that if we needed him at the next Meeting for a Quorum,
he would make arrangements to attend.
