Bush, Mayor City of Winter Springs 1126 East State Road 434 Winter Springs, FL 32708 Dear Mr. Bush: The Seminole County Property Appraiser's Office is in the process of finalizing the 2005 Seminole County Tax Roll which will be submitted for approval to the Department of Revenue prior to July 1,2005, and at that time all taxing authorities will be supplied with the official 2005 Taxable Value for their jurisdiction. These figures are tentative at this point and are subject to change, but as of this date, the following is the estimated taxable value for your jurisdiction: 2005 Estimated Total Taxable Value* $ 1,638,429,320 2005 Taxable New Construction $ 30,783,895 2005 Annexations $ 4,313,881 Percentage Increase from 2004 10.47% Total Extended 2004 Tax Roll $ 6,748,119.81 *Please note that the above amounts for New Construction and Annexations are already included in the Estimated Total Taxable Value amount and should not be added to this figure.
