Relative to the November 29, 2007 Brownfield Public Hearing scheduled for 6PM in the Winter
Springs City Hall, the purpose of this letter is to advise you of the City Commission's comments
regarding designation of certain parcels of the L.D. Plante property as a Brown Field.
For purposes of publication in the public record, please be advised that the Commission does not
object to this designation provided that it would not serve to preserve or extend the life of the
current facility and current land use, or create a condition that would be inconsistent with the
City's Town Center Master Plan and Development Plan.
