The contract costs to complete appraisals and surveys in keeping with state standards and
specifications for the following projects are as follows.
Park Expansion $16,840 Survey

Owners: Parker & Springsland Investments Ltd.
Note: the estimate for the appraisal is significantly reduced in cost by utilizing previously
completed appraisal~:.
City Park $8,160 Survey
$9,480 Appraisal
Owners: Paulucci, l.A. Michael, Inc. (Taylor Rental) and Feichtner
Lakeside Park
$3,380 Survey
$2,030 Appraisal
Owner: Egal, Neil
Total $45,115
The state will reimburse the city for these expenditures at closing.
