REQUEST: Community Development Department, Land Development Division, presents to
the Commission for informational purposes the proposed site plan for 7-Eleven
store.
PURPOSE: The purpose of this agenda item is to inform the City Commission of the proposed
site plan for 7-Eleven. The proposed store will be located on the southwest corner
of the SR 434Nistawilla Drive intersection. The property is zoned Planned Unit
Development (PUD).
APPLICABLE CODE AND LAW:
The project is to be engineered according to existing Code and is also subject to
the requirements of the SR 434 Corridor Vision Plan - New Development
guidelines.
This property falls under the Court-ordered Settlement Agreement between the
City and Winter Springs Development Joint Venture.

FINDINGS: The plan being presented to the Commission is conceptual in nature only and has

The Development Review Committee convened on April 25, 2000 for a pre-application meeting
on the proposed 7-11 to be located at the southwest intersection of SR 434 and Vistawilla Drive.
B. Austin and B. Grant represented the project. Staff members present were Cook, Greenwood,
Grimms, Hall, Lallathin, LeBlanc and Tolleson. City consulting engineer D. Mahler was also
present.
Items discussed were signage, stormwater management, landscaping, code requirements, etc.
This proposal will be presented to the Planning and Zoning Board at their scheduled meeting of
May 3, 2000.
