RESOLUTION NUMBER 2007 -31
A RESOLUTION OF THE CI1Y OF WINfER SPRINGS,
FLORIDA, EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO ETHEL
BEECHER FOR HER SERVICE ON THE BEAUTIFICATION
OF WINTER SPRINGS BOARD.
WHEREAS, ETHEL BEECHER has performed an outstanding service to the
public by representing the City of Winter Springs on the Beautification of Winter
Springs Board since July ZZ, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the work and efforts of ETIlEL BEECHER has greatly benefited
her neighbors and the residents of Winter Springs; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Winter Springs,
Florida, wish to express their appreciation and acknowledgement on behalf of the
citizens of Winter Springs and to commend ETIlEL BEECHER for her conscientious
and faithful service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE cm COMMISSION OF TIlE
cm OF WINfER SPRINGS, FLORIDA:
SECTION I - That this Resolution of Appreciation for the service of ETIlEL
BEECHER be recorded upon the official Public Records and Minutes of this City
Commission of the City of Winter Springs, Florida.
SECTION II - That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to ETIlEL
BEECHER with our heartfelt thanks for her many contributions.

DAY OF AUGUST 2007.
