RESOLUTION NUMBER 2007 -14
A RESOLUTION OF THE cm OF WINTER SPRINGS,
FLORIDA, EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO BYRON
GILTZ FOR HIS SERVICE ON THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
WHEREAS, BYRON GILTZ has performed an outstanding service to the
public by representing the City of Winter Springs on the Board of Trustees since
December 12,2005; and
WHEREAS, the work and efforts of BYRON GILTZ has greatly benefited his
neighbors and the residents of Winter Springs; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Winter Springs,
Florida, wish to express their appreciation and acknowledgement on behalf of the
citizens of Winter Springs and to commend BYRON GILTZ for his conscientious
and faithful service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA:
SECTION I - That this Resolution of Appreciation for the service of BYRON
GILTZ be recorded upon the official Public Records and Minutes of this City
Commission of the City of Winter Springs, Florida.
SECTION II - That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to BYRON GILTZ
with our heartfelt thanks for his many contributions.
PASSED AND ADOPfED THIS 12TIi DAY OF MARCH 2007.
