Authorization REQUEST: The City Manager is requesting that the City Commission review the two (2) sample prototype Agendas and select their preference for the new Agenda Format to begin with the March 12,2007 City Commission Regular Meeting. PURPOSE: The purpose of this Agenda Item is to clarify the preference of the City Commission in regards to a new Agenda Format discussed at the February 12, 2007 Regular City Commission Meeting. CONSIDERATIONS: The City Commission has asked that a new format of the Agenda for City Commission Meetings be followed beginning with the March 12, 2007 Regular Meeting. Based on the discussion at the February 12, 2007 Regular Meeting, several slightly different discussions were noted and voted on. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the City Commission agree on Sample A or Sample B for their new official Meeting format, which will begin with the March 12, 2006 Regular City Commission Meeting Agenda.
