REQUEST:
Mayor Bush requests that the City Commission recognize and congratulate Mr.
Tim Brewer, Owner, D'Vine Wine for winning the Indy International Wine
Competition Silver Medal for his Blueberry Breeze entry.
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this Agenda Item is to recognize a City of Winter Springs business
owner and winemaker, Mr. Tim Brewer as well as winemaker Mr. John Paul
Cook of D'Vine Wine located at 116 West State Road 434, Winter Springs,
Florida.
CONSIDERATIONS:
Mr. Brewer indicated that this is 100% Florida Wine. The blueberries are from
Plant City and the wine is vinted and bottled in Winter Springs, Florida.
RECOMMENDATION:
Mayor Bush requests that the City Commission congratulate both winemakers on
this prestigious Award and wish Mr. Tim Brewer and Mr. John Paul Cook
continued success in the Community.
