Authorization REQUEST: City Manager requesting the City Commission set a date for a special meeting to review Tuscawilla Trails' request for a buffer wall between Tuscawilla Trails and Jesup's Reserve. PURPOSE: This agenda item is needed to establish a date to review Tuscawilla Trails' request for the above referenced wall. CONSIDERATIONS: The residents of Tuscawilla Trails feel they are entitled to a buffer wall between Tuscawilla Trails and Jesup's Reserve to buffer Tuscawilla Trails from light, noise and trespassing. Apparently, there is an expectation among the residents of Tuscawilla Trails that the Commission will set a special meeting for this issue. It is expected that the item will take one to two hours. FUNDING: NI A, at this time. RECOMMENDATION: Recommend the City Commission set a date for a special meeting to review Tuscawilla Trails' request for a buffer wall between Tuscawilla Trails and Jesup's Reserve.
