Storage Tank (Cistem) "- " We are pleased to announce the start of construction on our new office building in Lake Mary, Rorida. The environmentally responsible design goal is to achieve a minimum LEED@ Silver Certification. The new 15,500 square foot, two-story office building is intended to be a material showcase of our design approach for the built environment, and to also express our responsible sensibilities toward the natural environment. A double height, fully glazed lobby welcomes visitors to our home. An open studio work area will occupy the primary space in the building. Corporate offices and meeting areas will complete the design. The lighting strategy will utilize as much of the natural daylight as the space will allow. Indirect lighting will be added to create a soft, yet natural illumination to the workspace. The centralized cafe area provides interactive space to meet, greet, eat, relax and create. The new office will incorporate design features such as: rain water harvesting to flush toilets, under floor air distribution, reflective roof and parking lot paving, Thermomass R insulated exterior concrete walls, use of natural day lighting and automatic lighting controls, products with high recycled content, materials with no or low off gassing and a comfortable, energy efficient design. We expect our building to be the first sustainable architectural office in Central Florida. We hope to see you all at the "unveiling" in the Summer of 2008. A special thank you to our contractor and consultants. Your time and expertise are much appreciated. U\tt1 COMPANY , I PARTNERS ADVANCED STRUCTURAL Design 1265 SOUTH SEMORAN BLVD.
