CALl' TO ORDER The Att~rneY-C1ient Session of Monday, May 14, 2007 of the City Commission was called to Order by Mayor John F. Bush at 4:14 p.m. in the Commission Chambers of the Municipal Building (City Hall, 1126 East State Road 434, Winter Springs, Florida 32708). Roll Call: Mayor John F. Bush, present Deputy Mayor Sally McGinnis, present Commissioner Robert S. Miller, present Commissioner Rick Brown, present Commissioner Donald A Gilmore, present Commissioner Joanne M. Krebs, present City Manager Ronald W. McLemore, absent City Attorney Anthony A Garganese, present II. ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION Pursuant To Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, The City Attorney Will Be Seeking The Advice Of The City Commission Regarding Settlement Negotiations And Strategy Related To Litigation Expenditures Concerning The Pending Litigation Before The Division Of Administrative Hearings Titled "Highland's Homeowners' Association, Inc. v. Department Of Community Affairs And City Of Winter Springs, et ai, DOAH: Case No. 06-3946GM; DCA Docket No. 06-1-NOI- 5908-(A)-(1). City Attorney Anthony A Garganese briefly spoke on this Attorney-Client Session. Mayor Bush mentioned those that will be present for the Attorney-Client Session will be "Commissioner [Joanne M.] Krebs, Commissioner [Sally] McGinnis, Commissioner [Donald A] Gilmore, Commissioner [Rick] Brown, Commissioner [Robert S.] Miller, and myself, [Mayor] John Bush, the City Attorney [Anthony A Garganese], and there is a Court Reporter." This portion of the Attorney-Client Session was then closed. Those attending the Attorney-Client Session left the Commission Chambers at 4: 16 p. m. Mayor Bush called the Attorney-Client Session back to Order at 5: 15 p. m. III.
