MINUTES
CITY COMMISSION
BOARD APPRECIATION DINNER
APRIL 24, 1999
I. WELCOME
II. INVOCATION
The Board Appreciation Dinner of the City Commission was called to order by Mayor
Paul P. Partyka at about 7:15 p.m. at the City of Winter Springs Senior Center (300 North
Edgemon Avenue, Winter Springs, Florida 32708).
Mayor Paul P. Partyka welcomed members of the City Commission; Attorney Robert
Guthrie; City Staff; the Beautification Of Winter Springs Board (B.O.W.S.); the Board
Of Adjustments; the Board Of Trustees; the Code Enforcement Board; the Commerce &
Industry Development Board; the Districting Commission; the Planning & Zoning
Board/Local Planning Agency; and the Tuscawilla Lighting & Beautification District
Advisory Committee, and their guests.
III. OPENING REMARKS
IV. INTRODUCTIONS
The Mayor introduced members of the Commission; and then introduced Mr. Ronald W.
McLemore, City Manager who introduced members of his staff. The Board Members
were then asked to introduce themselves.
Dinner followed.
V. PRESENTATIONS
After dinner, members of the Commission handed out to each of the Board Members, a
"trophy" as a small token of their appreciation for their many contributions to the City.
VI. CLOSING REMARKS
Mayor Partyka thanked everyone for attending and the Board Appreciation Dinner ended.
