WHEREAS TOM BROWN has erformed an outstandin service to the ublic `t

by representing the City of Winter Springs on the Planning and Zoning Board/Local d~,_......,,:.,
Planning Agency since October 28, 1996; and ~ ~.N

WHEREAS, the work and efforts of TOM BROWN has greatly benefited his
neighbors and the residents of Winter Springs; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Winter Springs,
Florida, wish to express their appreciation and acknowledgement on behalf of the citizens
of Winter Springs and to commend TOM BROWN for his conscientious and faithful
service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA:
SECTION I -That this Resolution of Appreciation for the service of TOM
BROWN be recorded upon the public records and Minutes of said City Commission of the
City of Winter Springs, Florida.
SECTION II - That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to TOM BROWN
with our heartfelt thanks for a job well done!
