The entire Agreement is vested by the Vested Rights Special Use Permit 93-03. The properties covered by the Agreement and the Permit are now owned by a minimum of three (3) corporations. This Amendment, if approved, will allow one owner to further vest the rights to his property, thus insuring that if any other owner covered by the Permit takes an action that would nullify the Permit, his property would still retain all rights under the Agreement. cc: Mayor Commission City Attorney City Clerk -.)::.t,-l .
