WORKSHOP MEETING
CITY COMMISSION
CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 1993
The Workshop Meeting was called to order by Mayor Philip A. Ku1bes at 7:00 p.m.
Roll Call:

Deputy Mayor John V. Torcaso, absent
City Manager John Govoruhk, present
Commissioners:
Don Jonas, absent
John Lange11otti, present
Terri Donnelly, absent
Cindy Kaehler, present
The Workshop Meeting was called to hear presentations by architectural consultants
to design the municipal public safety building.
The first presentation was made by Architects Design Group, Inc. Mr. Keith Reeves,
President, gave th~ presentation.
The second presentation was made by Stott1er Stagg & Associates. Mr. William
Starmer, Vice President, gave the presentation.
The third presentation was made by Gee & Jenson. Mr. Philip Crannell, Mr. Paul Herwig
and Mr. John Gray spoke to the Commission.
The meeting adjourned at 9:10 p.m.
