WORKSHOP MEETING
CITY COMMISSION
CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS
JANUARY 20, 1992
The Workshop Meeting of the City Commission of the City of Winter Springs, Florida
was called to order by Mayor Philip A. Kulbes at 7:00 p. m.
Roll Call:
Mayor Philip A. Kulbes, present
Deputy Mayor John Langellotti, present
City Manager Richard Rozansky, present
Commissioners:
John V. Torcaso, present
Don Jonas, present
Terri Donnelly, present
Cindy Kaehler, absent
The Workshop Meeting was called to hear presentations by prospective consultants to
the City to assist in revision of Land Development Regulations.
The first firm to give a presentation was the Land Planning Group, Inc. at 7:15 p. m.
Mr. Greg Beliveau, President, Mr. Tim Green, Vice President and Stephen Adams,
Biologist, made the presentation. Their presentation was over at 7:45 p. m.
The next firm to give a presentation was Solin and Associates, Inc. at 8:05 p. m.
Mr. John Horan addressed the Commission about the submission by his firm.
Mr. Les Solin and Bill Tipton, Tipton Associates, Inc. made the presentation.
Their presentation was over at 9:05 p. m.
The next presentation was given by Environmental Management Systems, Inc. at 9:10
p. m. Dr. Steve Nielsen, President, Mr. Gary Exner, Vice President, and Jan Wickel,
gave the presentation. Their presentation was over at 9:35 p. m.
The firms will be graded by the Commission, then turned over to the City Manager
for a recommendation.
