SWEARING IN CEREMONY
CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS
DECEMBER 3, 1990 - 7:30 P. M.
City Attorney Frank Kruppenbacher administered the Oaths of Office to the new
Commissioners, and to Mayor Philip A. Kulbes. Commissioner Don Jonas,
Commissioner John Langellotti and Commissioner Terri Donnelly were all sworn in.
Plaques of Appreciation were presented to out-going Commissioner Arthur Hoffmann,
Commissioner William A. Jacobs and Commissioner Philip A. Kulbes.
Mayor Grove received a silver tray for her past service to the City.
