HomeMy WebLinkAbout1990 06 13 Bid Opening BID OPENING FOR THE FLOW SPLITTER BOX REPLACEMENT WEDNESDAY, JUNE 13, 1990 The Bid Opening was called to order by City Manager Richard Rozansky at 2:05 p.m. Present: City Manager Richard Rozansky Terry Zaudtke, Conklin, Porter & Holmes, Engineers Mary Norton, City Clerk Four bids were received as follows: First Bid opened was from M.W.M. Contracting Corp., 30940 Suneagle Drive, Suite 100, Mt. Dora, FL 32757, in the amount of $28,350.00. Alternate 1 Bid - $22,500.00 and Alternate 2 Bid - $16,300.00. Second Bid opened was from Perry-Lefever, Inc., 421 Montgomery Road, Suite 141, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714 in the amount of $28,666.00. Alternate 1 Bid - $26,424.00 and Alternate 2 Bid -$15,517.00. Third Bid opened was from Florida Environmental Utility Construction Inc., 702 Savage Court, Longwood, Florida 32750, in the amount of $19,500.00. Alternate 1 Bid $11,433.00 and Alternate 2 Bid - $8,033.00. Fourth Bid opened was from Pat's Pump & Blower, Inc., 630 W. Church St., Orlando, FL 32805, in the amount of $42,872.00. Alternate 1 Bid - $23,943.00 and Alternate 2 Bid - $16,645.00. The Bids will be given to the Engineer for a recommendation to the City Manager. The City Manager will make a recommendation to the City Commission on June 25, 1990. Bid Opening was closed at 2:15 p.m. Mary Norton, City Clerk
