March 22, 1989 TO: City Manager GJ Land Developnent Coordinator FROM: RE: Agenda Item, Carrington Woods This is to accept the Covenants, etc., the Performance Bond and the Plat for Carrington Woods Unit I. The City Attorney has reviewed all the documents and found these to be satisfactory with minor modifications. These are to be hand-delivered on March 22, 1989, before 5:00 P.M. The City Attorney is to meet with the Planning and Zoning Board this evening and I will have him verify the changes.
