The applicant, Ryland Homes, is requesting permission to use a trailer as a sales
office on the eastern corner of S.R. 434 and Hacienda Drive. The property is zoned
C-l.
The commission may grant this under Section 44.75.
SECTION 44.75. TRAILER USES.
Trailers may be kept only in areas designated as trailer parks, except as
designated in Section 44.82 of this code (appendix). A temporary permit may be
obtained from the City Council for use in commercial, rural and residential (areas).

Ryland Homes would like the City of Winter Springs to accept our proposal for a
Sales Office located on State Road 434 just west of Hayes Road. The Sales
office would direct sales into the Vineyards neighborhood located off Hayes
Road. This important location for a Sales office would be beneficial for Ryland
Homes and the city of Winter Springs. Please find enclosed proposed drawings
on site location, landscaping details, and front elevation skimatics.
