REQUEST:
The City Clerk respectfully requests that Commissioner Sally McGinnis make an
Appointment to the Oak Forest Wall and Beautification District Advisory
Committee to fill a vacant Seat.
(Advisory Board Appointment)
PURPOSE:
This Appointment will fill a vacancy on the Oak Forest Wall and Beautification
District Advisory Committee.
CONSIDERATIONS:
Commissioner McGinnis is being requested to make an Appointment to the Oak
Forest Wall and Beautification District Advisory Committee to fill a Vacant Seat
previously held by Sharon Hotchkiss.
The Oak Forest Wall and Beautification District Advisory Committee usually
meets on the second Thursday quarterly, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
The Term of Service for Oak Forest Wall and Beautification District Advisory
Committee Members is typically three (3) years; however, the individual
Appointed to this Term of Office will complete a Term that ends in August 2010.
