PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE STATUS OF THE LAND USE CLASSIFICATION FOR PARCEL 61 IN TUSCAWILLA MAY 1, 1989 Mayor Leanne Grove opened the public hearing at 8:00 p.m. Roll Call: Mayor Leanne M. Grove, present Deputy Mayor Philip A. Kulbes, present City Manager Richard Rozansky, present City Attorney Frank Kruppenbacher, present Commissioners: Cindy Kaehler, present Arthur Hoffmann, present William A. Jacobs, present Paul P. Partyka, present Mayor Grove explained this is the continuation of the Public Hearing regarding the status of the land use classification for Parcel 61 in Tuscawilla. There were still two residents who wished to speak,Sherryle Lawlor and Tim Johnson. Sherryle Lawlor was unable to attend this hearing and it was requested that Fay Kalteau be able to speak on her behalf. Fay Kalteux, Cheetah Trail, was sworn in by the City Clerk and spoke against the shopping center. Tim Johnson, Gator Lane also spoke against the shopping center. There was no further discussion. Mayor Grove announced that on June 19, 1989, it is anticipated that formal action would be taken by the Commission. Mayor Grove thanked everyone for attending.
