PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE STATUS OF THE LAND USE CLASSIFICATION FOR PARCEL 61 IN TUSCAWILLA MONDAY, MARCH 20, 1989 The Public Hearing was opened by Mayor Leanne M. Grove at 8:00 p.m. Roll Call: Mayor Leanne M. Grove, present Deputy Mayor Philip A. Kulbes, present City Manager Richard Rozansky, present City Attorney Frank Kruppenbacher, present Commissioners: Cindy Kaehler, present Arthur Hoffmann, present William A. Jacobs, present Paul P. Partyka, present Mayor Grove said this is a continuation of the Public Hearing that was held on February 20, 1989. Attorney Kruppenbacher explained that each person wishing to speak will be sworn in and they will present whatever comments or evidence they wish to the Commission. Following that the Commission will have an opportunity to raise or ask any questions. The hearing will then be continued to permit the Staff an opportunity to analyze everything that has been presented and come back to the Commission with one final report. Mayor Grove then called a recess to allow persons wishing to speak to sign their names and be sworn in. The public hearing was reopened, and Commissioner Partyka asked Attorney David Brown some questions. Attorney David Brown, Mr. Birdsong, Mr. Harlan Hanson, Mr. Charles True and Attorney Rob Rosen were present. The following persons signed their names and were sworn in: Moti Khemlani, Tom Freeman, Peggy Baker, Bob Lombard, T. E. Doss, Jr., Jacqueline Lein, Glenn Childs, Kathleen Ebbers and Martin Thekan. These people each spoke to the Commission. Sherryle Lawlor and Tim Johnson signed the list later in the hearing but due to lack of time were not able to speak. The hearing will be continued on May 1st at 8:00 p. m. Hearing was adjourned at 10:30 p.m. Respectfully submitted, Mary T. Norton, City Clerk
