WORKSHOP MEETING
CITY COMMISSION
DECEMBER 19, 1988
The Workshop Meeting was called to order by Mayor Leanne M. Grove at 8:45 p. m.
Commissioner Kulbes spoke about the Traveler's request to look at our pension
plan.
Ordinance No. 443, providing for the adoption of a reclaimed water system for the
City of Winter Springs, etc.:
Changes were made as follows:
Sec. 4(b), page 4 - take out "of promulgation" and replace with "and regarding".
Change "Council" to Commission in the title of the Ordinance and on page 3,
Section IV (a).
In the definitions on page 1, add to the definition of Developer, after planned unit
development: comma, or any subdivision or any commercial or industrial development.
Add to the definition of Development, or any subdivision or any commercial or
industrial development.
On page 2, Section II, third paragraph, change "may" to "shall".
Ordinance No. 444, amending Section 14 of the Land Developmetn Code, etc.:
Changes were made as follows:
Delete 2. under Section I.
In 3. change 14-92 to 14-97.
In 4. instead of the word Add, should read "In place of existing phrase" (second line);
In 6. Between the words "After" and Notice, add the word "Written";
In 8. Change to read 14-112 (D)(2)(S);
In 9. C)l)b) Add after psi, at the end of seven (7) days.
On third page after 4. B) between the words "tests" and "will" add the words "with
compressive strength data";
In 12. Add: All fences must meet setback requirements - reference Sec. 5-130
Buildings and Building Regulations.
In 13. add must "be" adhered"
In 16. correct spelling of lateral.

On page 2, seventh line down add the word "fee" after the word application.
In the first Whereas on Page 1, add "relating to wastewater and fresh water; and"
On the second page, Paragraph (b), third paragraph after the words "connection when
applicable, add "refer to Miscellaneous Charges".

In Miscellaneous Charges, Pretreatment charge, change Commissioners to "Commission
by Resolution."
Meeting was adjourned at 9:50 p. m.
