The Bid Opening was called to order by Mayor John V. Torcaso.

When putting bid specifications together over six (6) individuals
were contacted and were aware of the bids. Estimated cost at
that time was approximately $7,000.00 to $8,500.00 = average
estimate $7,750.00.
It is recommended that the bid received from Fitness Showcase
Strength Advisors be accepted.
