The City Planner, City Engineer, and I met today to develop a list of the items
needed to be accanplished prior to actual recording of the plat of Unit One of
the MolIDt Greenwood PUD.
(1) Record Plat, Pages 1-3
l1 Page 1: Under dedication to public, add "and easements"
after "streets..
Dedication to Homeowners Assn. needs to be sealed.
Dedication and designations at each location on
the plat need to be identical; use either "corrm:m
area" each place or "Tracts A-D" on each.
Delete reference to "easements" lIDder dedication
to Haneowners Assn.
, Pages 2 and 3: Add to Note 8. Access rights to Hayes Rd.
frem Tracts 6 and ~ are dedicated to the City of
Winter Springs.
Add Note 10: Easements rights for emergency purposes
