BID OPENING
FOR BREATHING AIR COMPRESSOR UNIT FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 1986
The Bid Opening was called to order by Mary Norton, City Clerk, at 2:30 p. m.
Present:
Fire Chief Charles Holzman
Assistant Fire Chief Tim Lallathin
Finance Director Harry Martin
City Clerk Mary Norton
Two Bids were received as follows:
First Bid opened was from Safety Equipment Company, 6852 Hanging Moss Road,
Orlando, Florida 32807 in the amount of $7,405.00.
The second Bid opened was from CompAir Mako Inc., 1634 SW 17th St., P.O.
Drawer 1630, Ocala, Florida 32678, in the amount of $7,505.00.
The bids will be turned over to the Fire Chief for a recommendation to the
City Manager.
Bid Opening was closed at 2:40 p. m.
