Normal hours of operation: Monday through Friday 8:00 a. m. to 5:00 p.m., weekends and evenings by prior arrangement (meetings, classes and seminars and social functions). 2. NO permanent scheduling of organizations on weekends. Weekends include Friday evening (5:00 p.m.) all Saturday and all Sunday. 3. Reservations may be made up to two months in advance. Winter Springs residents have priority; however, confirmed reservations will receive top priority. Confirmed reservations are those that have already been paid. 4. Fees shall be charged according to the current Fee Schedule as set by the Winter Springs City Commission. A fee of-H:O;-Oo--will be charged for small set-ups and $l~.-OO will be charged for kitchen use. 5. Activities must be scheduled and payment received at least one (1) week in advance of the activity, so that proper arrangements may be made and City personnel scheduled to operate the center. The hours you sign up for should include the total time you need use of the building for any purpose including setting up, decoration, clean-up, etc. All changes in schedules or arrange- ments should be made in writing. 6. Checks should be made payable to: CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS RECREATION DEPT. 7. The sponsor of any event held at the Center is responsible for the personal articles and orderly conduct of those individuals participating. 8. A refundable deposit of $50.00 will be required for rental of the Center. Your deposit or portion thereof will be retained by the City for the following: (a) damage to the building, equipment or property (b) failure to clean-up properly (c) failure to leave building at scheduled time (d) misbehavior of participants (e) misrepresentation of your organizaiton and the kind of activity you are holding 9. The telephone number at Winter Springs Civic Center is an extension of City Hall, 327-1800 ext. 368, MOnday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 10. Permission must be requested in advance for the use of any equipment in the building. 11. Vandalism, breakage and possible hazardous conditions should be reported to the office prior to the beginning of your activities. -r1J~llt/o. 12. Clean-up should include: placing all papers in trash cans, Lalomg down decorations, cleaning up spills from floors, counter, table tops, etc., picking up litter outdoors and removing all your belongings from the building. Please see that all furniture is inside the building. . . . -. '. . 13. If the kitchen is used the complete kitchen shall be cleaned and in operating condition for the next function. 14.
