Zaudtke, P.E., Vice-Pr sident, into the minutes: . 1. The typical pavement section wou d need to show Type I asphalt in accordance with Section 14-115. 2. An 8" soil cement base in accord nce with Section l4-ll4(a) , and a 75 PSI FBV subbase in accordance with Secti n l4-ll4(c) (2) will be required. 3. A sidewalk is shown from the bac of the property to the shopping center. In accordance with Section l4-ll9(a) , the sidewalk should be concrete rather than the asphalt shown. 4. The plans show a sidewalk drain eneath the sidewalk mentioned in Item 3. No pipe size is indicated. It appe rs that the majority of the runoff from the site including the pavement area will drain through this pipe into pond #1. This pipe should be sized and calculations submitted to justify the pipe size selection. 5. The stormwater inlet along Moss oad has an as-built invert elevation of 42.70 and a top as-built inlet of 46.50. The Engineer should take note of these as- built elevations 6. Compare the dedication on the replat with the original dedication for similarities; 2. Check the replat to assure that it meets the require- ments of Chapter 177.091(17) which requires that "If the subdivi- sion platted is a resubdivision or a part or the whole of a previously reported subdivision, sufficient cause shall be shown to the controlling lines appearing on the earlier plat to permit an overlay to be made "; 3. Request a title certificate on the replat to assure that all mortgages are noticed. Mortgages having a record interest in the land subdivided shall be shown in the dedication or on a separate instrument joining the dedication. Also check your provisions in your ordinance concerning platting requirements to assure that each requirement has been met.
