The Superintent Jack Tavenner
01014:
City's position we dont want to hold anybody up but we want police, communicatins to be put in;
but the city would have problem if our city employees go in there and start working in there;
Dick said he was concerned with the liability and the commission's policy because if we
take the b1d. we dont want the public, the police or fire depts. or p.w. working in that
b1d. a long time before we get in that b1d.that's all i'm saying; i dont want you to tell
me the week of the 17th, and the week of the 21st you tell me well every things moved and
they're going to have to work in there and youre telling me we cant move in there until
the middle of July.
Jack-the time sequence we're talking about-the week of June 17th how does that correlate
with your equipment?
by that time we should have all the equipment here; we'll need some time to have it
inventoried and checked out;
Jackmy second date July 8 that provides you with an addt1 3 wks. after that; tht we're talking
substantial completion for the entire b1d.
we might be able to meet that date; we haven't meen in daily or weekly tou ch
in touch.
we'll keep
=~-.,
Jack-those are
asked for some furniture dates; Jack said July 8th would be sUBstantial completion of
the b1d.- August 18 completion date.
Hrdware-p.d. would be chief govoruhk and admin. would be jackie koch.
no way to secure city hall. asked about the microphones, Tri City will be doing that.
