CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS
SEPTEMBER 16, 1985
The Workshop Meeting was called to order by Mayor John V. Torcaso at 7:00 p. m.

The meeting was called to discuss the 1985-1986 Budget. Manager Rozansky told
the Commission that he had made the changes as they directed at the last meeting
as follows:

Total General Fund - $3,071,791.00

Total Capital Improvement Fund - $184,200.00

Fund Balance 84/85 - $113,000
Total Transportation Improvement Fund - $276,500.00
