Torcaso at 7:00 p. m. Roll Call: Mayor John V. Torcaso, present Deputy Mayor William A. Jacobs, present City Manager Richard Rozansky, present Commissioners: Jim Hartman, absent Arthur Hoffmann, present Buck Adkins, present Leanne Grove, present Also present: Police Chief John Govoruhk Fire Chief Charles Holzman Finance Director Harry Martin Director of Public Works Gil Artman City Planner Peter Cowell 911 Coordinator for Seminole County Roanne Rubin Roanne Rubin gave a slide presentation which was put together by United Telephone Company for Seminole County, explaining the 911 System. The 911 System is to be put into operation by September 1986. There was discussion of changing addresses in the western part of the City. The City Planner will present a plan for re- addressing the City. The City Planner will start with Morton Lane and this will be on the Agenda for the next meeting. . 1985-86 Fiscal Year Budget: Revenues: State Revenue has been increased to $464,996.00; the new total for the General Fund is $3,079,852.00. The Transportation Improvement Fund has been increased to $160,000.00. In the Police Department the following additions were made: L.C. 52.1 added 10,000.00. Equipment, L.C. 64.1 added 11,500.00 making a total of 21,822.00. Federal Rev. Sharing L.C. 64.0, added 11,500. Fire Department: 64.0 - added 4,600.00 64.1 - added 12,000.00 64.0 FRS - added 13,115.00. Public Works Department: L.C. 52.10 added 9,000.00. L.C. 53.1 added 15,000.00 Finance Department: L.C. 31.3 added 10,000.00 . Recreation Department: L.C. 64.0 added 8,000.00 for truck. . . . Workshop Meeting, City Commission, Aug. 19, 1985 General Government: L.C. 45.0 added 46,800.00 L.C. 69.3 added 100,000.00 Transportation Improvement Fund: L.C. 63.1 change to $189,500.00.
