On August 8, 1983, at 6:30 p. m. The City Commission held interviews with
Proposers for the Municipal Complex for the City of Winter Springs, Florida.
6:30 p. m., Hampton, Monday and Associates, P.A. gave their presentation.
7:15 p. m. Catalyst, Inc. representatives gave their presentation.
8:00 p. m. Reynolds, Smith & Hills representatives gave their presentation.
The Commissioners are to grade each company, turn it over to the secretary
to the City ~nager.
The interviews were over by 8:47 p. m.
