Lynn Harreu, Jon M. Hall Co. John Beach, Basic Asphalt & Construction Corp. Tom McPhail, MacAsphalt, Inc. Steve Simkhovitch, Bob Dance Dodge Pat Dragon, Jack Prosser Ford Charles L. Holzman, Fire Chief R. E. Dallas, Jr., Fire Marshal John V. Torcaso, Deputy Mayor Jack Cooper, City Engineer Mary Norton, City Clerk The following bids were received and opened: Winter Park Leasing, no bid.
