This package is broken down into the following items: Improvements Outline to be constructed in Phase I of Wildwood PUD. A. rt. I B. C. D. E. F. Improvements to be constructed in "Thistle Place" with plans attached. Copies of Plats delineating Phase I. Plans and Drawings for Amenity Package for Phase I. Proposed Agreement Homeowner Fees for Existing Homeowners to be paid as outlined. Proposed Amenity Package to serve future Phases prior to issuance of 151st building permit not including existing 19 homes. . . This package is submitted with the specific request and agreement Tang1ewood Road will be accepted for permanent maintenance by the City of Winter Springs upon completion of the additional upgrade construction as outlined in this package under exhibit listed in "Proposed Improvements". This request will extend to Meadowbrook Drive in proposed Phase II after its construction as well as other major traffic streets in future phases upon their construction. L. .~~ HI 7~ (2:~ ~ATE I. Tanglewood Road: Purpose: Control Drainage Upgrade Road to City Specifications Work to be Done: 1. Curb both sides of Tanglewood Road entire length. 2. Check depth of Base and stabilization and correct if required. 3. Resurface Tanglewood Road with one (1) inch asphalt. 4. Construct endwa11 and add drainage pipe approximately six (6) feet at drainage junction box near lift station; also grade and grass a swale up-stream of wall north and east of the low area south of lots 64 and 65. 5. Revise inlet at Lakeview Drive for curb drainage. II. Private Drive or Streets r, Purpose: Control Drainage Control Erosion Work to Be Done: 1. Install curbs both sides of private drives or streets EXCEPT Lakeview Drive (Lots 5-6-7-8) and Sunbury Drive (Lots 9 thru 17) up to but not including Han~erheads. 2. Rework intersection with Tanglewood Road with valley gutters as required. 4. Rework existing private drives as required to connect property with curbs to be installed. 5. Thistle Place r Purpose: Control Drainage Control Traffic Flow Provide Turn-Around Eliminate Traffic Congestion Provide Additional Parking Work to Be Done: 1. Install curbs both sides of street to include 30 foot radious turn-around as per drawing attached (Exhibit A). 2. Resurface with one (1) inch asphalt. 3. Review plat plan of this area (Exhibit B). Hammock Area - South of Lots 48 & 49 IV. Purpose: Control Water Flow Control Erosion Maintain Natural Beauty and Landscape ~ Work to Be Done: 1. Clean area, landscape to natural condition. 2. Correct erosion areas at existing drainage pipe headwall and at NE corner of Lot 76. 3. Extend drainage pipe between Lots 48 & 49 a distance of 30 feet and construct riprap endwall. Stop Signs, Street Signs, Street Lampposts to be reworked, replaced and/or brought up to city sped fi ca ti ons. 2. Common areas to have weeds mowed, areas cleaned, graded where necessary. 3.
