Public Hearing on Resolution to vacate the easement in the Wildwood Subdivision, Lot 20, and Resolution to vacate Stoner Road. Mayor Piland, Present Councilman Craven, Present Councilman Pellerin, Present Councilman Sabatini, Absent Councilman Daniels, Absent Councilman Logan, Present Attorney Massey, Present Public hearing on the vacating of a utility easement on Lot 20, Wildwood was opened for public comment. Attorney Massey read the notice of public hearing. All utility companies have been notified and there are nO'__objections. Mr. David Hudick, owner of the property, stated that he is requesting this vacating of an easement in order to remove the cloud from his title so that he may obtain title insurance No one spoke against this request. Public hearing on the vacating of Stoner Road was opened. Attorney Massey read the notice of public hearing. Councilman Pellerin said that he would be reluctant to give up the right- of-way due to the growth in this area. . Mrs. Janet Denning spoke in favor of the request, because it would limit the traffic and keep the neighborhood more peaceful. Mr. J.R. Bradshaw also spoke in favor of the request to vacate Stoner Road. He said that he also represented his neighbors the Carltons, Clarks, and his parents. Mrs. Mary Williamson spoke against the request, and stated that she represented some of her neighbors also. They feel that just two people will benefit from this request and that it is not fair for them to be given this additional land.
