Tuesday December 6, 1977
Meeting between 19 current home owners of Wildwood Subdivision and Developers
Councilman Pellerin
Councilman Sines
Councilman Daniels
Councilman Sabatini
Attorney Walden of Brock, Massey, Walden, Baum and Eaton represented the City
Their were sixteen residents at this meeting.
Representing Winter Springs Homes, Inc. and National Homes were:
Carl Cortner - The builder
Frank Lay - Morgage Banker
Don Carlson - MODgage Banker
Bob Foglia - On site General Manager
Milton Ecker - Council for National Homes
Mr. Walden gas asked to carry a message back to Attorney Massey in reguard to
the possibility that the P.U.D. development plan would be invalid do to the
lack of construction for the period of approximately mne year.
. General feeling of the residents was that they did not understand that they
bought into a P.U.D. with private streets.
