Roll Call: Councilmen: Mayor Granville Brown, present Herbert Fox, present Attorney Thomas Freeman, present James Sasser, present Vice -Mayor Charles Rowell, present Victor Miller, present Troy Piland, absent Motion was made by Councilman Miller to adopt the budget for $128,212.00 for the fiscal year 1972-73. Seconded by Councilman Fox. Discussion. Vote on the motion: Councilman Rowell, aye; Councilman Sasser, aye; Councilman Fox, aye; Councilman Miller, aye. Motion carried. Zoning Board Recommendations: 1. Sheoah Blvd., Site A Apartments/Condominiums including Water and Sewer Plans. The Board recommends Council approve the Sheoah Blvd., Site A plans as submitted. Zoning Board Recommendations cont. June 26, 1972 Motion was made by Councilman Rowell that this item be tabled and returned to the Zoning Board. Seconded by Councilman Miller. Discussion. Vote on the motion: Councilman Rowell, aye; Councilman Sasser, aye; Councilman Fox, aye; Councilman Miller, aye. Motion carried. 2. Mr. and Mrs. Allen Cronk, 220 Panama Road, North Orlando Ranchlands 1/4 acre lake on their property. The Board recommends Council accept Mr. and Mrs. Cronk's lake plans with a letter setting down the shore line. Motion was made by Councilman Miller that we turn this item over to the engineer for engineering specifications and recommendations. Seconded by Councilman Fox. Discussion. Vote on the motion: Councilman Rowell, aye; Councilman Sasser., aye; Councilman Fox, aye; Councilman Miller, aye. Motion carried. Item 3 - tabled. 4. Winter Springs Unit 3 Street Lighting Plans. The Board recommends Council accept these plans as presented. Motion was made by Councilman Miller that we accept the Winter Springs Street lighting plan with the addition of one additional street light as indicated on the lighting plan (filed in Winter Springs folder). Seconded by Councilman Fox. Discussion. Vote on the motion: Councilman Rowell, aye; Councilman Sasser, aye; Councilman Fox, aye; Councilman Miller, aye. Motion carried.. 5. Tabled. Motion was made by Councilman Fox to appoint Mr. Howard Allard and Mr. John Apgar to two year terms on the Zoning Board. Seconded by Councilman Rowell. Discussion. Vote on the motion: Councilman Rowell, aye; Councilman Sasser, aye; Councilman Fox, aye; Councilman Miller, aye. Motion carried. Motion was made by Councilman Miller that we allow the Community Association to hold a luau at the Recreation Center August 5 and the Commissioner of Health and Recreation approve the permit, subject_ to closing at 2 a.m. Seconded by Councilman Sasser. Discussion. Vote on the motion: Councilman Rowell, aye; Councilman Sasser, aye; Councilman Fox, aye; Councilman Miller, aye; Motion carried. Motion was made by Councilman Rowell to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Councilman Miller.
