C. Conklin to the Village of North Orlando relative to drainage matters in North Orlando First, Fifth and Eighth Additions. Florida Land Company does hereby agree that: (1) In the vicinity of Edgemon Avenue and North 3rd Street, the street paving will be extended past the low point in Edgemon Avenue and that a suitable spillway will be constructed adja- cent to the existing drainage culvert to prevent erosion adja- cent to the street paving. Also, the present culvert will be cleaned and the ditch east of the culvert will be cleaned and re-excavated in the vicinity of the low area. (2) The necessary swale will be constructed as requested to achieve positive drainage in the vicinity of North 3rd Street and Bombay. (3) The rear of the lots along North 3rd Street will be evenly graded to blend with the existing grade of the ball park and playground area, providing a general slope that will create as much positive drainage as possible. truly /j' . :~~ .
