The detached two family and single family attached dwelling structures are mixed .:)gether in our layout. We would like to be permitted to develope 12 units per acre on both. The other deviation is to increase the number of acres allowed for the multifamily dwelling structures from 10% of the land area to 12.3% and to increase the number of acres allowed for the detached two family and single family attached dwelling structures from 10% of the land area to 13%. The reason for this request is the excessive acreage which is located to the West of the Florida Power Easement.
