The Planning and Zoning Board voted to submit it to the Council for approval and study the following: 1. Approval of re-zoning of 97 acres fronting on SR 434 as per legal description attached in (Ene. C-l) from T-l to R2-TA (Rental Trailer Zoning) 2. Approval of re-zoning of the north 2501 of legal desoription (Ene. C-2) 1.'rom TQl to C-l. 3. (Ene. C-3) is a rough plan of typical mobile home lot plat. 4. (Ene. C-4) is a oomp1ete list of covenants and restrictions from the developer and extra restriotions submitted by Zoning Board.
