JUNE 25, 1969 The Special Meeting of the Village Council was calle. to order at 8:15 P.M. by Mayor Joraan. A Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was lea by Mr. Thomas Freeman. 1\011 Call: Mayor, Clifford Jordan Vice-Mayor, David Tilson Attorney, Thomas Freeman Councilmen: Granville Brown Julian Keller Councilmen, Charles Rowell an<< Albert Marshall were absent. Guests: ./"'"' Mr. Dan Cooper, Project Director for Gulf American Mr. Curt Bader, Attorney for Gulf American Mr. Charles Moehle, Brevar. Engineering. Resolution #81 was reai. This fteso1ution has to be signed by officials of the Village and also by those authorize<< to sign checks ani with-draw monies from the South Seminole Bank. A motion was maia b,.Mr. Brown to accept 1\eso1ution #81 for Bank signatures. Seconded b,. Mr. Keller. Discussion. Majority carried. A letter was reai trom Gulf American requesting Zoning ch.n~s. A letter was read trom the Zoning Board recommending the changes. (Letters enclosed in minutes.) A notice of a Public Hearing will be published in the Sanford ~era1d 15 days before, plus 3 public places in the Vi11age.(Genera1 Store, Office ot Water Co. ani the Bulletin Board for the Village). The Public Hearing will be he1ci, Moniay}. July 14, 1969, 8:00 P.M. at the Village Ball. A motion was macie by Mr. Keller to accept these recommendations and have a Public Bearing. Seconded by Mr. Brown.Disoussion. Majority carried. Mr. Charles Ke11e,., Cha1rman of the Zoning and Planning Board, presented a proposed, pre11m1na1"1 composite sub-division Ordinance. This Ordinance hai been cpmpi1ed. from 3 aifferent Ordinances, one from Charles Moehle, one trom Casselberry ana one from Florida Development Commission. A motion was maie by Mr. Brown to place on the A~enda tor the ftegu1ar session of July 7th, Sub-Division Ordinance #49,'for first reading. Seconiei b,. Mr. Tilson. Majorit,. oarried.
