RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DONATION OF A FIRE ENGINE FROM SILVER CREEK
PRECISION CORPORATION, SILVER CREEK, NEW YORK.
WHEREAS, The Village of North Orlando, Florida~ was in dire need
of fire-fighting equipment, and
WHEREAS, The Village of North Orlando, Florida, had no revenue
other than that received from building permits and licenses, and
WHEREAS, The Silver Creek Precision Corporation of Silver Creek,
New York, has offered to donate unconditionally to The Village of North
Orlando, Florida, one 1939 American Lafrance fire engine in good con-
dition,
NOW, THEREFORE ~ BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the
Village of North Orlando hereby accept with most sincere thanks this
donation by the Silver Creek Precision Cprporation and send a copy
of this resolution and a letter of thanks to Mr. Lawrence Schmitt,
President, Silver Creek Precision Corporation, Silver Creek, New York.
