I Authorizatio REQUEST: The Community Development Department-Code Enforcement Division requests the City COlrunission authorize the City Manager execute a Satisfaction of Lien in the amount of $326.50. PURPOSE: The purpose of this agenda item is to request the City Commission authorize the City Manager to execute a Satisfaction of Lien. CONSIDERA TIONS: In May of 1998, inspection of property at 1837 Seneca Blvd., Winter Springs, FI.,revealed that the grass and weeds were extremely overgrown. Attempts to contact the owner(s) were unsuccessful and the property. was "posted" according to Florida Statute 162. The City of Winter Springs contracted services to mow the front yard and a lien to recoup those costs was placed on the property. In February of 1999, a check was received by the City of Winter Springs and deposited into the General Fund. In order to release the lien from the property, the City" Attorney advises the City Commission authorize the City Manager to execute the Satisfaction of Lien.
