Wicklow Estates is located to the north and east of Wood stream Subdivision and to the east of Howell Creek. The property is zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD). FINDINGS: 1. Final Engineering for Wicklow Estates received Commission approval on May 11, 1998. At this meeting it was presented to the Commission that the landscape and wall plan would be submitted under separate cover for approval. 2. The landscape and wall plan has been reviewed and no objections were noted. RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the Commission approve the landscape and wall plan for Wicklow Estates. Jenkins, P.E. ~ SUB.JECT: Wicklow Estates - Entrance Wall By Architect Steven Parker, Seal Date July 10, 1998. The subject wall design plans were received on July 20, 1998. There were no calculations submitted, sealed by a Professional Engineer, for the wind load and soil pressures. Therefore, I could not approve the design. I wrote a letter to the engineer, Walter Miller, and he forwarded appropriate calculations to me on August 21, 1998. The subject design plans meet the wind load requirements of ASCE 7-95, for free- standing non-load-bearing walls. If you have any questions, please let me know.
