REQUEST: Commission consideration of approval of Resolution No. 815 repealing Resolution
No. 740 establishing certain rules for the conduct of business.
PURPOSE: The purpose of the Agenda Item is for the City Commission to consider approval of
Resolution No. 815.
CONSIDERATIONS:
On February 10, 1997 the Commission received proposed Resolution 815 from
Commissioner Blake.
The Commission decided to reschedule consideration of the resolution to the
February 24, 1997 meeting in order for the Commission and staff to have time to
review the proposal.
FUNDING:
Not Applicable
RECOMMENDA TION:
It is recommended that the Commission consider approval of Resolution No. 815.
IMPLEMENTA TION:
The resolution will become effective upon adoption.
