RESOLUTION NO. 810

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING TRUSTEES TO THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES FOR THE PENSION PLAN FOR THE
EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS,
FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Winter Springs, Florida
adopted Ordinance No, 273 which provides for the Pension Plan for the employees of the
City of Winter Springs, Florida, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No, 273 provides that the Plan shall be administered
by a Board of Trustees, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 273 provides that successors of the original
appointees shall be appointed by resolution of the City Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS,
FLORIDA:

SECTION I: That the following persons be appointed to serve as Trustees.
for the Pension Plan for the Employees of the City of Winter Springs, Florida for terms of
three (3) years: Robert Nippes, Ronald Warble, Jim Ryan, Vernon Rozelle, and Ralph
Bowman.
SECTION II: The Trustees herein appointed are hereby authorized to enter
into the Plan with the City of Winter Springs, Florida.
SECTION III: The Board of Trustees shall administer the Plan pursuant to the
provisions contained therein.

SECTION IV: All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with this
Resolution are hereby repealed.
SECTION V: This Resolution shall remain in force and effect until
supplemented, amended, repealed, or otherwise altered.
