RE: Annual Fiber Optic Billing for 2008/2009

Per Fiber Optic Communication Network Interlocal Agreement between Seminole County and the City of
Winter Springs, the annual maintenance charges for October ls`, 2008 through September 30`h, 2009 are
now due. Attached is a copy of Exhibit "A", effective 11/14/08, with a schedule of charges. The amount
due at this time is $16,929.36. Upon connection of the fiber link from City Hall to the Police Substation,
we will revise the Exhibit "A" and send a prorated bill.
Please remit your check payable to the Board of County Commissioner's (BOCC) to the address below,
attention Laurie Hayes Coleman, within 30 days of this notice.

Enclosed is a copy of the revised Exhibit "A" for the Fiber Optic Communication
Network Interlocal Agreement. Please attach the new Exhibit "A" to your original Fiber
Optic Communication Network Interlocal Agreement. Seminole County will be
invoicing based on this Exhibit "A".
Upon connection of the fiber link from City Hall to the Police Substation, we will revise
the Exhibit A and you will receive apro-rated bill. Please budget accordingly for this
addition.
